Problem:
The old ventilation system did not meet the requirements. As the plant expanded and new workstations and machines were added, the existing system became less effective and there was a demand to upgrade the existing system and adapt it to the new needs.

Solution:
Added new extraction lines with particle filters in some of the lines, replace fans to increase the rate of flow. In order to create a clean and safe working environment, extraction arms were installed to about 30 soldering stations in the factory. In addition, extraction lines were strengthened by adding more equipment, and particle filters- DCSC-S and DCA-W.

Equipment supplied:
DCSC-S and DCA-W filters are used in plant installation. Blowers from the VMK and TEF series were adapted.
