Problem:
When handling parts for cleaning sand, a lot of dust is emitted that requires treatment. In addition, extraction and filtration is required for grinding stations.

Solution:
Extraction of the dust according to a number of parameters – the volume of the room, the equipment used and more.

Installation:
A factory installation for the sand cleaning department used a modular DCSC-S particle filter, a VPS series separator and an HPF series fan. Extraction arms with reach up to 8 meters in length, filters and fans are used for welding and grinding stations.

Equipment Used

BEA-200 High capacity extraction arm for welding fumes, oil mists, dust and similar pollutants. Available in different lengths.

EF-200 High capacity console mounted extraction arm. For welding fumes, oil mist, dust and similar. Outstanding flexibility and reach.

DCSC-S Modular stationary filter for most dust applications. Unbeaten flexibility in capacity, design, and configuration. Built-in pressure gauges and effective filter cleaning system. Needs compressed air supply and appropriate fan.

Private: VPS Vertical pre-separator for heavy dust and materials, for example, metal shots. Used as an effective first stage of filtration in extraction systems.

HPF High capacity radial industrial fans with medium pressure.
